Material specifications:dust collecting rugs include carpet, aluminum frame, aluminum skeleton and rubber.
1. Aluminum material must accord with the provisions of 6063-T5 anti-corrosion aluminum alloy. Each unit has a width of 27 mm and a height of 18 mm, with a gap of 4 mm.
2. Screws are made from SUS#304 non-magnetic stainless steel.
3. Fittings are made from SUS#304 non-magnetic stainless steel.
4. Surface backup plates include wearable carpet, anti-slip rubber strip and
nylon hairbrush collated in group.
5. The aluminum material of the aluminum frame is more than 3 mm thick, whose surface is anode treated.
Cleaning maintenance:
1. Use a suction cleaner to suck out dust in the collection groove and clean
the carpet every day.
2. In case of stubborn stains, use mild cleaning detergent and a hairbrush.
3. It is recommended to clean deep fouling on the carpet surface with neutral cleaning detergent and carpet sucking and cleaning machine every week.
4. Swill out EVC or polyethylene material with water.
5. Worn out carpet and rubber may be replaced separately.
Method of application：
Model A: During the civil construction, the cement builder should first imbed
the entire framework group into the ground and keep the framework surface and
the ground on the same level, then put the ground mat into the aluminum
framework when the concrete gets a good set.
Model B: First, prepare a 2 cm groove. The ground cement must level off. Wrap
the four sides with 1 cm stainless steel bar and then put the ground mat into
the groove.
